After over a decade in the restaurant industry, we've learned that product quality means everything. That is why we use only farm raised, agriculturally sustainable products. A majority of our herbs and spices are procured whole and unaltered. All of our blends are toasted and ground in house to maximize their flavor potential. Blends are mixed in micro batches to preserve their freshness, and because all of our blends are mixed by hand, you are assured to receive a high quality product free of MSG, anti-caking agents, fillers, and other chemicals commonly used in most commercial spice blends.
